Existing 5000 Bodymaker customers can now take
full advantage of our latest 5000 Bodymaker technology by fitting
our front hold down upgrade package.
The leader pin arrangement is employed to more
accurately align the blank holder and redraw die. The redraw die
is held in a holder which is fixed on the tool cradle centre line
for improved redraw progression.
The blank holder has a fixed setting ring for
easy changes without resetting.
A nested redraw die completes the package,
which enhances cup positioning and improves can quality consistency
